• Age-Group Head Coach

    Coach Eric began his water polo journey in 2004 at just seven years old with South Florida Water Polo Club. From the start, his natural talent, powerful shot, and unique vision for the game set him apart—even among seasoned athletes. Eric quickly emerged as one of Florida’s premier players.

    As a key contributor at numerous national competitions, Eric helped lead the club to remarkable results, including a fourth-place finish at the United States Club Championships and multiple top-10 finishes at the Junior Olympics. At the high school level, he became a standout for St. Thomas Aquinas, where he etched his name into school history by leading the team to its first-ever state championship in 2013—scoring an unforgettable eight goals in the final. He capped off his youth playing career with a Junior Olympics title in 2015 as part of the renowned Polo Pals team, competing alongside future Olympians and elite collegiate athletes.

    Following his graduation in 2015, Eric joined the powerhouse UCLA Bruins under head coach Adam Wright, during their historic 57-game win streak. While at UCLA, he was a member of the 2015 and 2017 NCAA championship-winning teams, solidifying his reputation as a top-tier competitor.

    Eric has been coaching the Boys Program at St. Thomas Aquinas High School for five years including being a part of the 2023 state championship team and in 2025, began coaching with his home club, South Florida Water Polo Club, bringing his experience, passion, and championship pedigree full circle.
